At FootPeers, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return or refund process before placing your order or requesting a return.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and markings.
  • After 30 days, all sales are considered final.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns if items are not returned in their original condition.
  • Please inspect your order upon arrival to ensure it meets your expectations.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@footpeers.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return

We will reply with step-by-step instructions and the correct return address.
Please do not send any items back without prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.


International Return Shipping

  • All returns must be sent to an international location.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
  • Carefully follow the instructions provided to ensure your return reaches the correct address.

 Eco-Friendly Return Alternative

  • We operate with a single international warehouse to reduce unnecessary transport and packaging waste.
  • This helps lower CO₂ emissions and supports a more sustainable supply chain.
  • As part of our commitment to the planet, we plant 1 tree for every 3 orders placed.

Incorrect Return Address

Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded or processed. Only use the return address provided by our support team.


Proof of Return Required

To process your return, please provide all of the following:

  • A valid tracking number
  • Proof of shipment, such as a courier receipt or photo of the shipping label
  • The shipment date and return address used

Without verifiable tracking, we are unable to issue a refund.


Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@footpeers.com with:

  • Your order number
  • brief description of the issue
  • Photo or video proof

Our team will review your case and determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.


Claims Requirements

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue
  • Claims without supporting documentation cannot be processed

Refunds or Replacements

If your claim is approved:

  • You may choose between a refund or a replacement item (subject to availability)
  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product

Refused Deliveries

Orders that are refused at delivery will not be refunded. If you no longer want the item, please follow the proper return procedure and ship it to the address we provide.


Charity Contribution

For every order placed, we donate 10% to Diabetes UK — a national charity supporting elderly people across the UK living with diabetes. If a return is processed, unfortunately, that donation does not go through.
